பேலியோ துவக்கநிலை டயட்

முன் எச்சரிக்கை:

இந்த டயட் மருத்துவரால்/ டயட்டிசியனால் எழுதபட்டது கிடையாது. சராசரி குடிமகனால் சொந்த அனுபவம், படித்து தெரிந்துகொண்டது ஆகியவற்றின் பேரில் எழுதபட்டது. டயட்டை துவக்குமுன் மருத்துவர் அறிவுரையை கேட்டுகொன்டு பின்பற்றூவது நலம்

இந்த டயட்டில் கொலஸ்டிரால் & எல்டிஎல் ஏறும். சுகர் இறங்கும். பிளட் பிரஷர் கட்டுபாட்டில் வரும். இதயத்துக்கு எந்த ஆபத்தும் கிடையாது.

இந்த டயட்டில் சுகர் இறங்குவதால் அதற்கு தகுந்தபடி சுகர் மாத்திரை அளவை மருத்துவர் அறிவுரையின் பேரில் குறைத்துகொள்வதும், சுகர் லெவலை அடிக்கடி மானிட்டர் செய்து லோ சுகர் ஆகாமல் பார்த்துகொள்வதும் அவசியம்.

இது பொதுவாக சுகருக்கும், எடைகுறைப்புக்கும் எழுதபட்டது. அத்துடன் வேறு எதாவது சிக்கல்கள், வியாதிகள் (உதா: கிட்னி பிரச்சனை) இருந்தால் அம்மாதிரி பிரச்சனைகளை மனதில் வைத்து இது எழுதபடவில்லை. அம்மாதிரி சூழலில் இதை மருத்துவ ஆலொசனை இன்றி பின்பற்றவேண்டாம்.

இந்த டயட்டில் தானியத்தை எந்த அளவு தவிர்க்கிறீர்களோ அந்த அளவு நல்லது. காலரி கணக்கு பார்க்கவேண்டியது இல்லை. பசி அடங்கும் வரை உண்ணலாம்.

விதிகள்:

மூன்று வேளையும் வீட்டில் சமைத்த உணவு மட்டுமே

சர்க்கரை, தேன், இனிப்புகள், கோக்/பெப்சி உணவகத்தில் சமைத்தது, பேக்கரி பொருட்கள், இனிப்பு, காரம் அனைத்தும் தவிர்க்கணும்

அசைவ டயட்:

மீல் 1:

3 முட்டை ஆம்லட். முழு முட்டை. வெள்ளைக்கரு அல்ல. மஞ்சள் கருவும் சேர்த்து. தேவைப்பட்டால் 4 முட்டை ஆம்லட் கூட உண்ணலாம். பிரச்சனை இல்லை. பசி அடங்குவது முக்கியம். சமையல் எண்ணெய் நெய். நாட்டுகோழி முட்டை மிக சிறப்பு. முட்டையை ஸ்க்ராம்பிள், ஆஃப்பாயில், புல்பாயில் என எப்படியும் உண்ணலாம்.

மீல் 2:

100 கிராம் பாதாம் அல்லது பிஸ்தா அல்லது வால்நட்ஸ், மாகடமியா நட்ஸ்.நெய்யில் வணக்கி உண்ணலாம், ஊறவைத்தும் உண்ணலாம்.

OR

நட்ஸ் விலை அதிகம் என கருதுபவர்கள் காளிபிளவர் ரைஸ், சிக்கன்/மட்டன் சூப் சேர்க்கலாம்

OR

பாதாம் விலை அதிகம் எனக் கருதுபவர்கள் காலை உணவாக ‘திபெத்திய பட்டர் டீ’ உட்கொள்ளலாம். (அதன் செய்முறை விளக்கம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.)

மீல் 3:

பாயில் / க்ரில் செய்த சிக்கன்/மட்டன்/ மீன். பசி அடங்கும் அளவுக்கு. வாணலியில் வறுத்தால் சமையல் எண்னெயாக நெய் பயன்படுத்தவும்

ஸ்னாக்: தினம் 1 கப் முழு கொழுப்பு உள்ள பால் அல்லது 50 கிராம் முழு கொழுப்பு உள்ள சீஸ்

முட்டை சேர்த்த சைவ டயட்:

மீல் 1: 100 கிராம் பாதாம் அல்லது பிஸ்தா அல்லது வால்நட்ஸ் அல்லது முந்திரி.பாதாம் விலை அதிகம் எனக் கருதுபவர்கள் காலை உணவாக ‘திபெத்திய பட்டர் டீ’ உட்கொள்ளலாம்.பட்டர் டீ செய்முறை இங்கே கொடுக்கபட்டுள்ளது.

மீல் 2: காளிபிளவர் அரிசி வித் காய்கறி. காளிபிளவரை மிக சின்ன அரிசி சைஸ் துண்டுகளால்க நறுக்கி இட்டிலி பாத்திரத்தில் ஸ்டீம் செய்து எடுத்து அரிசி போல் பாவித்து குழம்பில் ஊற்றி உண்ணவும். காய்கறி சூப் ஏராளமாக பருகவும். உடன் சிறிது தேங்காய் (பசி அடங்கவில்லையெனில், அவசியமானால் மட்டும் தேங்காய் சேர்க்கவும்).

மீல் 3:   4 முட்டை

ஸ்னாக்: 1 கப் முழு கொழுப்பு உள்ள பால்/தயிர். தினம் 100 கிராம் கீரை சேர்த்துகொள்ளவும்

முட்டை சேர்க்காத பியூர்வெஜ் சைவ டயட்

Meal option 1: 100 கிராம் பாதாம் அல்லது பிஸ்தா அல்லது வால்நட்ஸ் .பாதாம் விலை அதிகம் எனக் கருதுபவர்கள் காலை உணவாக ‘திபெத்திய பட்டர் டீ’ உட்கொள்ளலாம்.பட்டர் டீ செய்முறை இங்கே கொடுக்கபட்டுள்ளது.
Meal option 2: காளிபிளவர் அரிசி வித் காய்கறி. காளிபிளவரை மிக சின்ன அரிசி சைஸ் துண்டுகளால்க நறுக்கி இட்டிலி பாத்திரத்தில் ஸ்டீம் செய்து எடுத்து அரிசி போல் பாவித்து குழம்பில் ஊற்றி உண்ணவும். உடன் காய்கறி சாலட்/ காய்கறி சூப் ஏராளமாக பருகவும்.  அவகாடோவும் சேர்க்கலாம்
Meal option 3:  முழுகொழுப்பு பாலில் செய்த பனீர் டிக்கா, பனீர் மஞ்சூரியன்.பசி அடங்கும் அளவுக்கு

சமையல் எண்ணெய் நெய்/பட்டர்/செக்கில் ஆட்டிய தேங்காய் எண்ணெய்/செக்கில் ஆட்டிய நல்லெண்ணெய் மட்டுமே

தவிர்க்கவேன்டியவை

பழங்கள் (அவகாடோ, தேங்காய் தவிர்த்து)

அரிசி, கோதுமை, சிறுதானியம், ராகி, கம்பு, குதிரைவாலி, பாஸ்மதி, கைகுத்தல் அரிசி, தினை அனைத்தும்

பருப்பு, க்ரீன் பீன்ஸ், மாவு, சோயா, பேபிகார்ன், க்ரீன் பீன்ஸ், பலாக்காய், வாழைக்காய், பச்சை மாங்காய், முளைகட்டின பயறுவகைகள், கொண்டைகடலை, இன்ன பிற கடலை வகைகள், கிழங்கு வகைகள் அனைத்தும், அவரைக்காய், நிலகடலை, எடமாமி, டோஃபு தவிர்க்கவும்

பேக்கரியில் கிடைக்கும் பொருட்கள் அனைத்தும் தவிர்க்கவும், இனிப்பு, காரம், பேகேஜ் உணவுகள், பிஸ்கட் இன்னபிற

கொழுப்பு அகற்றிய பால், 2% பால், 1% பால் அனைத்தும் தவிர்க்கவும்,. முழுகொழுப்பு பாலே உட்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.

அளவு கட்டுபாடு இன்றி உண்ணகூடியவை

மாமிசம், மீன், முட்டை, பனீர் அல்லது சீஸ் ,காய்கறிகள்,கீரைகள் (உருளை, கேரட், கிழங்குவகைகள் தவிர்த்து)

தவிர்க்கவேண்டிய இறைச்சி:

சாஸேஜ், ஸ்பாம் முதலான புராசஸ் செய்யபட்ட இறைச்சி தவிர்க்கவேண்டும்

கொழுப்பு அகற்றப்பட்ட லீன் கட்ஸ் வகை இறைச்சி, தோல் இல்லாத கோழி

கருவாடு (மிதமான அளவுகளில் உண்னலாம். தினமும் வேண்டாம்)

முட்டையின் வெள்ளைகரு மட்டும் உண்பது தவிர்க்கபடவேண்டும். முழு முட்டை உண்னவேண்டும்

    Hi Neander,

    I’m following the facebook group and I must say I’m impressed! Good job there!!!

    I’ve started following this diet for the past 2 days and the reason being to have a healthy lifestyle by first burning the unwanted fat and to reduce the weight. However, I’ve some doubts.

    These are beginner kind of questions, so please bear with me.
    1. Can I mix both Veg and Non Veg meals? For Ex, I’m following non veg. Morning I take 4 eggs and in the afternoon, can I take Cauliflower rice (or any other veg alternative) instead of 100 gms of almond?
    2. Can I have Avocado juice without sugar as a snack?
    3. Can I interchange meals sometimes? like meal 2 for meal 3 and vice versa?

    Your inputs will be much appreciated 🙂

    Delighted to find this website, Selva, as my wife does not read English. Readers may like to know that it is not compulsory to eat 3 meals a day. I usually eat one or, maybe, 2 meals. As you suggest, I eat as much as I desire. My favorite is fried eggs in butter with turmeric, red chilli powder and PLENTY of salt sprinkled on them. Sometimes I will eat 15 such eggs at a sitting and not be hungry again for 24 hours! Another favorite is filter coffee with cream instead of milk. Supermarkets in both Bangalore and Madurai now offer Amul cream. My sister adds coconut oil to black coffee, stirs with a hand-held blender, and drinks it.

    Dear Sir,

    First of all I would like to thank you very much for your remarkable guidance to thousands of people like me in health issues.

    I am taking paleo diet from 28.11.15. I have no health problems like sugar, BP. My intention is only to reduce weight. My diet details as under.

    Morning – Green tea – 1 cup
    Butter tea – 1 cup
    Padam – 10 to 15 nos

    Noon – Eggs – 2 nos
    Veg – 100 -200 gms

    Dinner – Dosa (any) – 1 no (only one) with 100 gm veg.
    Milk – ½ cup

    Snacks during the day – 2 carrots, 1 cucumber.
    – Tea – 2 cups in office hours.

    Water – around 3 ltrs throughout the day

    My weight details – 28.11.15 – 86.000 kgs
    06.12.15 – 82.700 kgs
    13.12.15 – 80.600 kgs

    My intention is to reduce weight around 15 kgs in 3 months. I feel very comfortable and active during this diet.

    My doubt is can I follow the same diet for next 3 months. Is there any side effects or damage can occur to any parts of my body.(like vitamin deficiency etc)

    (I have no problem to have the non veg. But usually I was taking non veg only after consuming alcohol. So it is something hard to take without liquor.)

    Kindly guide me to reach my target soon.

    This is Ilakkiya here.. I am a Psychologist ( Ph.d) and as i have come from Biological background , i did a thorough research about Paleo Diets. South beach ( including only Vegetables , proteins and adequate fats ) and Atkins Diet and all other diets are familiar for me.

    I love Paleo diet and the Concept is too logical and right in all dimensions. I appreciate starting the Group and encouraging all people to become healthy. In our nation, there is a concept that people who eat rice are only healthy. Adequate amounts of Fat is required for the right metabolic process.

    Whenever i needed to lose weight , i am cutting carbs , adding Proteins , Fat and Fibre, which is the easy way to lose weight.

    Hats off to everyone who started this Group. To be greatly appreciated.

    I needed to reduce 15 Kgs too and seek a more toned and healthy frame. Hence, going to follow the diet again

    Hello sir,my mom is weighing 76 kg and her height is 155cm.she came to know about paleo diet by her relative’s.

    I am impressed with your diet plan. I am 37 years old, 151 cm height and a vegetarian. i m having 70 soaked badam in break fast (10 a.m) and butter tea in the morning( 5.30 a.m).     I have followed the paleo diet for last 2 months and reduced the weight around 8 kgs. I have given below the blood report on 04/12/2016

    CRP 0.881 md/dl. Total Cholesterol 203, Triglyceride 158, HDL cholesterol 37, LDL 134 and VLDL 32

    But, Now CRP have changed in the present report as

    CRP. 3.52/mg /L, Total Cholesterol 197, HDL -34, LDL 127, VLDL 20 and Triglycerides 100

    Please advice about CRP because, I am in High risk of 3.52 mg/L

    > 3.00 high risk as per report
